BGK4200/4200HP/4210/4210RCC vibrating wire embedment strain gauge can be directly embedded in the concrete or reinforced concrete of hydraulic structures and other constructions to monitor concrete strain. The built-in temperature sensor can simultaneously monitor the temperature at the measuring point.
BGK4200/4200HP is suitable for strain monitoring of foundations, pile foundations, bridges, tunnel linings, etc. By adding certain optional accessories, it can form multi-directional strain gauges or stress-free meters. BGK4210 is suitable for strain monitoring of mass concrete. BGK4210RCC heavy-duty strain gauge is suitable for strain monitoring of roller-compacted concrete (RCC).
BGK4200X is an integrated vibrating wire strain gauge, offering easy installation.
With an increased gauge length as per user requirements, it can be installed in boreholes to monitor the opening and closing of micro-cracks within the structure, capable of detecting changes as small as 1 μm.
