BGK4900 vibrating wire anchor cable dynamometer is suitable for monitoring loads on anchor cables, rock bolts, anchor bolts, arch supports, and other heavy loads. The dynamometer itself is a high-strength alloy steel cylinder. Depending on the load rating, it incorporates 3 to 6 high-precision vibrating wire sensors, which monitor the total load acting upon it. Simultaneously, by measuring the variation of each sensor, uneven or eccentric loads can be detected. A built-in temperature sensor provides temperature measurement. A dedicated multi-core, anti-interference shielded cable transmits electrical signals containing load and temperature information, with measurements unaffected by cable length. Its good stability and fully waterproof, sealed design make it suitable for long-term monitoring of anchor cable load changes in various harsh environments.
