BGK4905 vibrating wire bolt stress meter is suitable for online measurement of bolt pre-tension and prestressed rock bolt loads in various structures, including stress monitoring of shield segment fixing bolts, steel structure bolts, and prestressed rock bolts.
BGK4905 vibrating wire bolt stress meter consists of a high-strength alloy load-bearing body and 3 evenly distributed, high-precision vibrating wire sensors to sense load and its variations. A built-in temperature sensor also monitors ambient temperature. It is suitable for online measurement of bolt pre-tension and prestressed rock bolt loads in various structures, including stress monitoring of shield segment fixing bolts, steel structure bolts, and prestressed rock bolts. Using the bolt stress meter allows for more accurate and intuitive measurement of the pre-tightening force applied by a torque wrench compared to relying solely on the applied torque.
