Electromagnetic Static Leveling System

BGK3475DM consists of a series of liquid storage vessels containing level sensors. These vessels are interconnected by liquid and ventilation pipes. The settlement or uplift of the monitored point is reflected by measuring the liquid level change of the measuring point relative to the reference point. It is suitable for settlement monitoring, including highway/railway subgrades, bridges, tunnels, embankments, excavations, and building foundations/floors.

The liquid storage vessels are equipped with a high-precision magnetic float level sensor, which features high sensitivity, good stability, and is unaffected by changes in ambient temperature. The system uses a fully sealed, internal pressure self-balancing system, which is not affected by changes in atmospheric pressure. When used with antifreeze fluid, it is suitable for use in harsh environments. Both the vent and liquid pipes use quick-connect fittings for convenient on-site assembly and debugging. The provided mounting brackets allow users to fix the system to walls or the ground. The system outputs RS485 (MODBUS) digital signals. Using BGK-Micro-40Pro or G2-C automatic data acquisition units, multiple static level gauges can be connected, enabling remote data acquisition and transmission based on the IoT, automatically sending data to the G-cloud platform as preset.
